On 17 November in Brussels, in the European Commission, all stakeholders of the football team
and representatives of the player union gathered.
Kanita Pojskic-Cutura, Secretary General of the Union of Professional Footballers in Bosnia
and Herzegovina, informed the participants about the process of implementation of the
Minimum Requirements for Professional Players, and the current relationship with
the FA BiH.
The summit of the meeting that was discussed was: Implementation of the autonomous contract,
compliance with contracts and funds during the players career .
Social dialogue in the EU is a platform of the European Commission intended for
representatives of both sides, employers and employees of a certain branch of activity in
order to discuss and agree on social and working conditions at the European Union level.
