A former football player of FC Bayern Munchen and member of national football team of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hasan Salihamidzic, is presented as new sports director of FC Bayern Munchen.

Hasan Salihamidzic is a football player from Bosnia and Herzegovina with the highest number of trophies. Born in a small place Jablanica, trained in Turbina, and continued his football career in FC Velez in Mostar. With a lot of luck he ended up at HSV trained by Felix Magath, and when he was 20 he signed a professional contract for FC Bayern Munchen.

Six time he was champion of Bundesliga with his club, European champion, world champion. He was member of one of the biggest football clubs in whole world for nine years, and after that he played for FC Juventus next for years.

He played 42 matches and scored 6 goals as member of national football team of Bosnia and Herzegovina (1996-2006).

He entered history as a goal shooter of the first goal in an official qualification match between national football teams of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia played in Bologna for World Championship 1998.

He left the national football team of Bosnia and Herzegovina with a lot of criticism and public comments that he could leave it even earlier because “the team did not have any benefits from him as a player”. But people from Bosnia and Herzegovina are special and they tend to misinterpret everything they do not understand.

At the 20th anniversary of the first entry into the locker room of FC Bayern Munchen, Brazzo got the key from Office between the offices of Karl-Heinz Rummenigge and Ulli Hoeness, legends of this Bavarian giant.

Many of us are not aware what means to be a sports director of that kind of football club, and that a player from Bosnia and Herzegovina got it, in addition of hundreds of former football players from Germany.

There are two things in life – what life gives to you and what you do with it.

A “boy from Jablanica” got this from life and he made a lot of it. GOOD LUCK BRAZZO!
